KYMA-TV Among Seven Stations Acquired by Rincon Broadcasting Group
UMA, Ariz. (July 18, 2025) — KYMA-TV is under new ownership following a multi-state broadcast acquisition by Rincon Broadcasting Group. The company announced Friday that it has officially acquired seven television stations previously owned by Imagicomm Communications and its affiliates.
The acquisition includes:
KAYU-TV (Fox) – Spokane, Washington
KFFX-TV (Fox) – Pendleton, Oregon
KCYU-LD (Fox) – Yakima, Washington
KYMA-DT (NBC/CBS) – Yuma, Arizona
KOKI-TV (Fox) – Tulsa, Oklahoma
KMYT-TV (MyNetworkTV) – Tulsa, Oklahoma
WHBQ-TV (Fox) – Memphis, Tennessee
The move expands Rincon’s broadcast footprint across the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, and Mid-South.

Rincon Broadcasting Group, a privately held media company, says it intends to ensure a smooth transition with continued commitment to local news, weather, sports, and community-centered programming.
No immediate changes to programming or operations have been announced for KYMA or the other stations involved in the acquisition.
