Calexico High School Marching Band Selected to Perform at Disneylan

Calexico High School’s marching band took center stage Monday as they performed in the Disneyland parade after being selected to participate in the Disney Imagination Campus program.

Each year, Disney invites top-performing school groups from across the country to apply for the opportunity to perform at its parks. Schools must submit a video audition and demonstrate a high level of musical skill, discipline, and showmanship. Calexico High School was among the selected groups this season, earning a spot in the coveted program.

The band marched through Disneyland’s iconic Main Street U.S.A., representing the Imperial Valley with pride as guests from around the world looked on. The experience not only showcased the band’s talent but also celebrated the hard work and dedication of its student musicians and directors.
